Cambodian and Thai officials will meet this week on a proposal to open a new border crossing, the Phnom Penh Post reported. The new link would connect Banteay Meanchey in Cambodia with Thailand’s Sa Keo province.

Cambodia’s National Museum in Phnom Penh has opened an exhibition displaying archaeological findings dating from before the Angkor age (802-1432), Xinhua reported.  The ‘Angkor Ancestors’ show showcases a recreation of an excavation site at the Angkor temple complex area in Siem Reap province, complete with pottery shards and a 3,000-year-old skeleton.
